Cleaning the nest when babies are in and parents are jelaous

Does anybody have any idea how to clean the nest when the nest is inside the cage and the parents are jelaous. When I open the cage to place fresh food inside Daddy always try to bite me and I am afraid they will abandon the nest and stop feeding the babies if I remove the nest for cleaning.

    Patojitos,
