Anyone have any tips for taming???

Does anyone have any tips for how to tame your budgie?? Or any methods that have worked well for you in the past?? My bird isnt very skidish but would prefer not to be on my finger, or out of his cage, unless i force it to! I've heard that having a special treat that you're bird likes helps tame it, but I cant find anything that my bird LOVES, anyone have some ideas?? Please help!!

well as ive already told u theres a section on my site and u sure he doesnt like spray millet maybe u havent tried hard enough
