The other day Todd and I were getting ready to go out and we were in the bedroom getting changed. We usually let Jack (sun conure) run around on the bed when doing this. A lot of times we will play with him when he is up there. When we were done Todd goes "Where Jack?" And we start looking around the bed and don't see him anywhere. We start calling to him "Jack, Jack" and we hear him start snorting. We keep calling til we narrow it down to where he is. We have a bed skirt on our bed so you can't see underneath unless you lift it up and it sounds like he is under the front corner of the bed. So we lift up the bed skirt and he comes running out at us snorting and moving his head back and forth. Sillly bird He was just waiting for us to find him. It was so hilarious I just had to tell everyone.

They are so cute, and they really do love their dark spaces and cubbyholes! Bartok also loves playing under the covers, he gets so excited.

my coby loves her happy hut (she has successfully had one for over a year, & i insepct & wash it regularly, so i know she is safe with one). her special hidey hole!
