    Beek Grinding??

Scooby, my has started grinding his beek at night before he goes to sleep. I was just wondering if this was normal or is there something missing in his diet? He also doesnt seem to use his cutle bone is there any way to make him or will he know when to use it on his own?

    Thanks

When they grind their beaks it means they are very comfortable and sometimes very sleepy. It's a good thing and totally normal. My tiel does it when we put him in his cage at night or when he finishes eating and snoozes off his meal atop our shoulders.

They are very content when they grind their beaks. No need to worry!

I love the sound of beak grinding. If you look at them when they are doing it they look all comfy and happy. It's the sign of a content bird.
