Am I an Ok temporary cage?

Hello,

I am working on convincing my mom to allow Dolly to have a budgie friend (will take lots of work ).

Dolly's current cage is a little small for 1 budgie never mind two. I have been working on finding a good deal on used cage but have not found one yet.

If I do get permission to get him a budgie, I would like to do so right away to get quarenteen started. I don have a spare cage that could be used, however its small.


19"wide 11"Deep and 15"high

Would this cage be ok for a few weeks while I am on the lookout for a used cage? If I have not found one by the end of quaranteen, then I will go ahead and just get new one for the two of them.

You can go on ebay and get some excellent deals. There is a seller called demsond pet depot where I got my cage from. My cage was $60 shipped and is 20x20x58 including the stand it came with.
