are scrambled eggs an ok snack?

My three cockatiels love scrambled eggs for a treat. I give it to them about twice a month. Is this too much? too little? are eggs too high in fat? Also, my young birds eat high-quality seed, spray millet, crackers and other treats, and have a cuttle bone. Do they need pellets? Should I switch their food? If so, what kind should they be eating?
    Thanks.

Pellets are a very good assurance they are getting a balanced diet, but they can be just fine if they get a varied diet with a lot of veggies and such . If you look into trying some, I reccommend Harrison's-you have to buy it at the vet's.

Other than that, I'd say to make sure they will eat veggies-I'd push the broccoli (vitamin A, which seed's don't have much of). Sprouted seed would also be a very good addition

From what i have read scrambled eggs are very good for them. Just make sure you dont add salt, butter, or oils when you cook it. Im not sure about milk (some ppl use milk in scrambled eggs for taste/texture) but tiels are lactose intolerant so I wouldnt use milk either.

If my tiel would eat eggs I would feed her twice a week. Maybe try to crush up some boiled/microwaved egg shells into the eggs too. Eating the shells gives them lotsa calcium!

You can boil the egg for about 15 minutes as well, peel off the shell, and feed it too your tiels.
