Exclamation is is normal for budgies to losse their tail feathers?

my budgie gala has lost her tail feathers, is this normal? she is puffed up now but she seems fairly happy (she un-puffs alot and still cherps happily). could she be molting? should I be worryed? I have seen other healthy budgies with no tail feathers so might this just be molting?
I am not scared but I do want to be warned if she is molting so I can give her extra vitamins and extra millet and turn the space heater on.

that should be just molting, but if she stays puffed up and still then I would be a bit worried

she is un-puffed now and she was only puffed today in the morning and she keeps escaping from her cage with heather, witch involves sqezing thro her cage bars so she can not be to sick to get thro the bars and fly around the room for an hour.

My Marshmallow just lost both of his tailfeathers and he is only about 3 months old. I'm just assuming since, he is acting normal and goofy as always, that he's molting early.

You three will always be in my heart.
