Name that show HELP ME please!!

Ok, back when I was a kid and on school holidays I used to watch this T.V program. All I can remember about this show is that it was in montreal, was about kids working with horses and they wore blue t shirts with yellow writing on the front, which was the name of their group. They had adventures every week and there was like a wooden fort of some kind...............Does anybody know which program I am talking about? I am really sorry for the lack of information but it is really buggin me and I just gotta know.

The scary thing is that I have a vague vague memory of something like it too..

..Alternatively it could just be a crap tv production of the famous five.
