flakes in special K

Otto goes crazy over the flakes in special K cereal...i didnt give him that much because i wanted to make sure its ok for him to be eating them...its also the special K with dried strawberry pieces in them (i didnt give him any of the strawberrys). Just was wondering if they are okay for the little guy?

I have no idea, but my bird loves cherrios! I'm pretty sure that my vet said as long as I stayed away from sugars and etc. It's a bran/oat cereal so I think they're fine.

ive heard cheerios are o k too but i think they have sugar added dont they?
a little wont hurt...my tiels love eating stuff from my plate but i avoid it..even stuff like cous cous cos i dont know what else is in it..added salt etc

forbidden fruits taste sweetest hey..they go nuts for things they see u eating butbe strong and go find them some safe seeded grasses or native flowers
