If you can find a place that powder coats things like bikes, cars etc then you could ask in there if they'd spray it for you.

Make sure it doesn't contain heavy metals though.

In one of the forums there's a similar question about spray painting cages, can't remember which section though.

is there some kind of spray coating or something i can spray on a metal cage grate? i cant find a grate to fit the cage other than the one i made and i am concerned that it could have xzinc in it. i wonder if i could find a spray coating to cover the metal that is bird safe. any ideas?
