Last night was the first time since I've housed Gosha and Kita together there was a night fright. It was right as we were going to bed so at least I was up. What a ruckus! Gosha lost a lot of wing feathers, even one blood feather that was just about done so he didn't lose any blood from it.
I'm letting them sleep in this morning.
I hate night frights!

Thanks Andrea. Gosha lost a lot of primary and even some seconary wing feathers. I'll have to watch that he doesn't fall till he gets some 'parachute' back! They had breakfast and a shower and are sitting with me now. You are fortunate if you never had to deal with one!Gosha & Kita

Penny hasn't had one yet either and i count my blessings every day. How terrifying for you as well! I'm glad there were no serious injuries, poor babies. Give them cuddles for me!
