Arrow Post YOUR Bird Cage Pics!!!!!!!

    Hey guys

I thought everyone would like to see eachothers cages? Well i knwo i sure would hehe...

So, post a picture of your cages you have for your birds! They can be flights, aviaries, cages, or cabinets even! Also list the bird(s) that live in the cage, and other info...

    I will go first

    Budgies Flight cage:

size: 32" long, 21" wide, 36" tall (not including stand)
    wire: half inch
Where I got it: ebay 2 years ago, i forget the seller
other: Works great for up to 6-8 budgies (temporary (s?), with a lot of free flight time, and many perches). Can house up to 5 tiels (with same needs as above for budgies). Would work great for lovebirds, parrolets, conures, finches, canaries, doves, quakers, e.t.c.

Diego's temporary one (will soon be Disney quaranteen... TOMORROW )

    size: 18" x 18" x 26" (I think)
    wire: 5/8" (I think lol)
where i got it: Diego's breeder, but pet shops sell it as a cockatiel starter kit
other: great quaranteen or cage setup for a bit. Would work for a conure, or lovebirds. Would also be a great travel cage for quakers, and other birds.

    Other Flight Cage:

    size: 36" long, 18" wide, 18" tall
    wire: half inch
where i got it: a cage dealer freind who has a warehouse full of cages. He supplies to petshops, and i got it at the warehouse price
other: Works great for finches, budgies, canaries, parrolets, lovebirds, cockatiels e.t.c. It came with a divider and 4 tini front doors... so i took the divider, made a bigger front door, then moved two of the front small doors to the side to be used as breeding doors See below:

One of the side breeder doors:

Soo... Now it is YOUR turn guys! hehe. Post a pic of your cages you have setup, and try to give as many tips/facts about it. The point of this thread is to help others looking for cages for their birds, and also just to go somewhere to see lots of cage pictures! As many of us love looking at them

Re: Post YOUR Bird Cage Pics!!!!!!!

Fabulous idea! Great cages so far!!! Here's mine....errr, my birds'. LOL!!!

    Ichi's cage

(same dimensions and such as Kirby's budgie cage )

    Bixby's cage

    34" W X 19" D X 34" H
    Overall height 69"
    5/8 Inch bar spacing
3 feeder doors, no breeder door
dome front drops open, and dome top opens

Tiel cage (I looooooooove this cage!!!!!)

    31-1/2'' X 23'' x Inside Height 46''
    Over all Height 67"
3 feeder doors and 1 breeder door
    5/8" spacing
    top front drops open
Personally, my faves on this cage are the closed storage, and the HUUUUUUUUUUUGE door. Just look at that thing!!! I can fit my whole body in there without having to contort myself into weird positions!! LOL!!!

Then, I have a travel cage for Ichi, and I guess I'll be getting one for Bixby, too, for our upcoming trip. I don't have a pic, but here's a link.

And for my temp/QT cage (again, no pic)..

The cage is where Tootee and Topaz, the budgies, sleep. They are free to come and go as they please all day.
    - Width: 19"
    - Depth: 12"
    - Height: 19"

This is Loki, the hawkhead's, cage. This is a really old photo so there are different toys in there now (lots of foraging ones to keep her busy!), more perches, etc. She is in here for the day while I am at work.
    cage dimensions:
    - Width: 32"
    - Depth: 23"
    - Height: 33"

When I come home, she is uncaged and spends her time here which is part of my room:

This is a very...old pic, lol but its the only one i have uploaded where it shows the whole cage, Its very diff from this now. So ya..

This is his new "playcage" a present i got from my friend.

Zippo lives in the first one, got it from Petsmart 4 yrs ago, when I got my first bird. Its an okay... cage, but eventually i want to get one of those feather farm cages. He's out when i come home and am in my room usually.

    And playgym, I made it.

Here is Nanner's cage (I rotate her toys very frequently and try to encourage her to come out very often). It is 18x18x18ish:

Here is Trippy's cage (it is 24x24x36):

Re: Post YOUR Bird Cage Pics!!!!!!!

Here are Dweezel and Zorro's cages, though everything has been rearranged and they now share the large cage at night.

Here is one of the stands:

An old pic of the other stand that is now in the Lovebird room and it has many more things on it:

Shamus's cage, though it has more in it, it was downsized because I was posting it to sell it on my website:

Lovebird Aviary, with Freya, Loki, Isis, Orisis and Baby Re:

The other Lovebird cages: Top cage is 2 birds I have for sale, middle cage is my newer pair, Kiwi and Chloe, and the bottom cage is Jitterbug and Tore.
I have to re-stack them as I just got that larger cage recently. I just hate re-stacking them since Jitterbug knows her cage is on the bottom, but I need to give the larger cage to the birds for sale as they are not really bonded to each other...

    Heather,

I really like Bixby's cage! Where did you get it? It also looks like it has a little "deck" up top for the birds to sit....am I seeing it right? It looks wonderful!

Re: Post YOUR Bird Cage Pics!!!!!!!

The budgies. Sunny has a food dish which is on the bottom because when we got his cage set up, one of the dishes was missing, so we had to go get another one which would fit. Don't worry, he doesn't poop in it.

    Edy, now with seed catcher!

These were both taken from my bed, which is the top bunk, so that's why Edy's cage looks crooked. It's hard to get a shot of the whole thing from anywhere in my room. XD
