My cockatiel has this strange bump on her wing. She has had it since I got her and its hard, kinda like a bone. Any ideas? I tried to take pics but my cam sucks.

take her to a vet, it may be broken or a lump of scar tissue from an old injury.
yes exactly there. just on the other wing. there is no feathers on this spot.
One of mine has that, I took her to vet just to make sure and they informed me it is just her wing bone and joint. But you may want to yours in to double check.
