If you go back and check any of our old threads of when we had babies, you will see pics of us handling them almost from day 1...with very, very clean and warm hands...

Oh! ok then! I will attempt to hold one today! Should i try it with or without gloves? I would usually just take the bites... but Flashy has taken off the tip of my finger before... her bite is worse than my lovebirds!

actually I said she is 'kinda tame' but she is very cage protective. I did it! Forget them growing, the are tiny!!! I used the glove to get him out, but put him back in with my bare hands. Flashy only bit me a little. It didn't hurt at first, but then after stung bad! She has quite the talent! LOL!

    Ok heres some pics!

He was SO cute! And so little! I didn't know if he would flip out or something (He got ticked off with flashy before and started to chirp really loud and flap his little wing like crazy!), but he was perfect, and just sat there, I guess it would be pretty scary changing surrounding for the first time!

well I can see that his pin feathers are starting to grow in... can't wait to see what they look like, your babies. Hopefully they are as pretty and cute as the parents.
