    Carolina Wren

This picture was taken last Sunday right after a pretty hard rain we had. The sun popped out and I looked outside and here he/she was fluffed out on the end fence post drying out. The picture lacks a lot of quality since I took it through a window, but it gives you an idea of what I observing.

    Hope you enjoyed this.

Aww, he's all poofy! I've seen a couple of types of wren around here lately - they're the first wrens I've seen, ever.

    Re: Carolina Wren

The Carolina Wren is a larger wren and it has a very loud voice! We usually have them nesting on the front deck. One started a nest but abandoned it for some reason this year.
