    Have you candled the eggs?

    How old is your hen?

    eggs

You said she laid 3 eggs on March 30..was that when the first or last was laid?
and... yes how old is the female?

If the LAST egg was laid on March 31 then they are probably not fertile. If it was when she started laying then give it a bit of time yet.
You can try checking the eggs via the candling method. I have found the easiest way is to get a little flashlight (one with and end about the size of the eggs),that is powerful ( I say this because the cheap ones won't work) hold the egg eye level and shine the light directly through it. If it is 'solid' and a reddish color then you have a baby. If you are looking just a few days after hatching (I have found 3 days is good) you will see a dark spot with veins running off of it. That is the development. The eggs also 'feel' heavier if they are fertile later on in the development.
On a side note just because an egg starts developing doesn't always mean that it will follow through or even live after hatching.
