No, it's actually just these really thin strands of bamboo (I think bamboo) twisted together into rings that are linked together. I think they were meant to be a room divider or something.

Almost like this :http://www.luxuryhousingtrends.com/b...om-divider.jpg but thinner, and two strands. The rings switch from being two rings to one, then two again.

I don't think they are sold anywhere now though.

The first one is it, although not the color ones! Do they sell untreated, unpainted ones too?

http://images.google.com/imgres?imgu...ctive%26sa%3DN here is one that looked untreated, but I don't know how you order it.

Or here, this is even better: http://www.worldmarket.com/window-co...0000/index.pro

    Nope just colored ones.

I would email them about the other ones and see what they say about ordering it.

I get a buzz opening up my boxes that arrive from the UK of bird toys and accessories I have ordered off the net- it's like Christmas for me hehe
Jaspa must be thinking what's she wasted her money on now that I wont play with!!
    Perhaps my new addition will...

That sounds like my two bubs. They prefer a cereal box they can chew, over a nice leather toy with beads *sigh*

They also LOVE the kindersurprise eggs. The orange things that have the toy inside. They love that as well as cat toys!

I know what you mean. I use ribbon and hemp to make toys sometimes and they completely ignore the 50,000 wooden blocks I hand painted with food coloring so that they will be nice and bright and go right for the little extra dangling rope! I spen 11 dollars on a toy for them and they won't touch it. The only store bought things they really use is thier ladders. Which I actually make now haha
