They are very sweet looking!!! I would say they are not that young as you can sex them as a male and female!! The blue is female the green male!! once the cere start to change color they are not really babies anymore!! They are probably just small american budgies!! Congrats on the newest arrivals in you family!!! Hope this helps

yup what a cute pair you have- I'd have to say your birds are at least 6 months of age but no more than a year. And since budgies can live upto 20 years if theyre cared for and given a proper diet. Then your 2 are babies so to speak.

Theyre both very cute- your lucky to own such pretty birds ping

Very nice in color indeed. Looks like Nemo is still developing his mask.

    Cute!

I can tell that Nemo is younger than Dori as he still has stripes, so he is probably under 6 months. My Kiwi is 5 months old and his stripes are farther receeded than Nemo's...he looks a lot like my bird! Cute photos! ping

    .

The green one looks like it's pretty young since he has all thos stripes on his head. He looks a lot like me Skooter. :cool So adorable. I have had Skooter for about 7 months now, so he's not a little baby any more, although he still looks like it haha. His cere is definately starting to turn really blue, but he hasn't gotten any bigger and his spots haven't grown larger, and he doesn't have pupils yet. So I guess he's still young hehe. He let's me hold him and pet him a lot, but lately he has been a little stand offish. He hasn't let me play with him in a few days, he keeps hopping away from my hand, although he isn't afraid of it because he will jump over it and stuff lol. Any way I need to stop jabberring about my bird since this is your topic. Your new budgies are beautiful and I'm sure you will give them really happy lives.
