    Re: baby zebra finches

    a. if a bub falls out, replace it, the parents, like javi said, are forgiving and will keep feeding

    b. canary man, they are fairly quiet in the grand scheme of things, they do beep, but 2 wont be a problem, even my aviary with many is quieter than my parrots

Before you ask, yes I am a b!tch...

they are very vocal. but they are pleasant noises. except for baby zebras which are loud and annoying when they beg. but i still love them

compared to a parrot, their noise is none existant! not to mention, if you only have a few, its not much noise, but it tends to be almost constant noise rather than shrieking

    Re: baby zebra finches

ok here's some pictures sorry I have been so busy lately. I tried to put the little one back but he got kicked out again. so I did not want to risk him being injured by falling again so I am hand feeding him. I had to do allot of research on hand feeding zebra finches he has to be fed every two hours until he is weaned so I have been very busy with this little guy. I named him Buddy well that's what I started calling it. the other three are still with there parents and they all are starting to eat solid food.

    here's buddy

and here's the other three they have all there feathers and are very nice looking.ones brown what mutation of zebra finch is it.
