My Girl's name is Storm ... but i tend to call her my "Pretty Girl" waaaay more then i use her name XD . I was actually planning on breeding her , Shes already had a clutch while she was at the pet store where I bought her ( i did co-op for school and got a discount for her and her mate) and they made all the people that bought the babies sign a contract saying they wouldn't breed them . I was actually thinking of doing the same . Anyways thank you ^^ I just gotta get her to stop bitting me >< she don't like hands to much and i think she's hand-shy ... but when I have her on my shoulder i can give her kisses just not touch her and if i do she bites my ear .... Anyways thanks

I'm excites to see pics of them!

But, I agree with Rachel, please dont breed them. Just b/c the petstore did doesn't mean ot's o.k. When the offspring from these grow up they are confused. Both are distinct different breeds and nest differently and so forth. It's really not a good thing to be doing. And having potential buyers sign something doesn't matter b/c none of the babies have been able to breed, they're mules.

Don't feel bad, Celine. My American cinnamon, "Peanut" acts the exact same way with me.

Re: What kind of Lovebird is this?

Ok well Is it safe to have them in the same cage because they are REALLY REALLY close .... also what would be a good match either of my love birds My Female is indeed the Slated as mentioned aboved except shes a bit lighter on the head and has more while near her beak. My male on the other hand to what I can gather from what I've been on the forum is an Seagreen American Cinnamon Peachfaced .

sounds like he's either dutch blue, or seagreen....not cinnamon as the flights wouldn't be black.
