Is it possible for the babies to be overfed by parents?

my birds laid eggs again. The 1st one was born on 2-28, the 2nd hatched on 3-4 unfortunately the others have not hatched. The baby that was born on the 28th is HUGE. The baby that was born on the 4th seemed to be not thriving. I checked on the baby this morning and it was gone
I pulled the bigger one out of the box earlier to check him and he was so overfed that stuff was coming out of his beak. Like he was throwing up? Not sure how else to say it? Is this possible? Can they overfeed? Is there something wrong with it maybe?

yes they can sometimes overfeed babies. but if youre worried about the baby then maybe a vet trip is in order. im sure the baby will be ok. just make sure the food is going through the crop like it should be and isnt impacted at all.
