    Homemade Play Gym

Well im planning on making a play gym for my lovely cockatiel...

i am planning on using woods.branches.toys. etc..

well my question is if there is any dangerous or poisonous material that could harm my bird such as glue. metals such as screws, nails etc. or any wood and branches that could harm my bird...

At risk of upsetting forum mods I add this thread. It may give you some ideas.

Which woods to use is a good question! I did add a couple of local woods that I know are safe. I think rule of thumb is watch to see what your local wild birds stay away from and do not use these.
I use Stainless screws and plastic cable ties to hold my Play Gym together.
