    Fledgling Blackbird.

I have gained a fledgling from a friend who works at the pdsa. It was going to be killed.

It's eating quite well. I'm feeding it eggmix with cat food. Any ideas how often I should feed it? It's quite a plump little thing.

Is he fully feathered? Flying? Or still downy? That will make a difference. Generally, feed him when he is hungry.

He's fully feathered and jumping about. Cannot fly properly yet. I'm feeding him about 8 times a day. he only takes about 4 though. I've put some pics of him up in my other thread.
