I am in the hospital

Well on Thursday last week I had a mental break down. I am now at a mental hospital getting help. They made me quit smoking as there is no smoking on the hospital grounds. I was really depressed so I called my doctor and he sent me here. I will not be able to reply to messages until friday. but I will be on line now until 4 pm. My husband is taking care of my birds while I am here getting the help I need. I miss them so much its unbeleaveable. My mom is taking care of my 5 year old too. please be nice I am here to get help and I consider many of you my friends.

My mom was in the mental hospital for 3 weeks when I was in 6th grade. There's no shame in getting help when you need it. This is a big step toward recovery, so get some rest and make the most of your time and learning there!

thanks everyone I am home for the week end so I can talk to you. I have to go back on Sunday. But I will be out on Thursday October the 8th for good. I am feeling allot better now that I have been there for a week.

well I go back today and will be out for good on Thursday. Thanks everyone I really know who my true friends are now. When I get back I am going to sell most of my birds. Its two much taking care of all of them by myself.I am only keeping a few pairs of birds. that way i can keep the cages cleaner and have more time with them.

well the doctor let me come home today for good. I do feel allot better my daughter is fast asleep on the chair.
