She's a Catahoula Leopard Dog.

If I may remark on your puppy......
That is a double dapple dachshund. I know this because I bought one before I found out that breeding dapple to dapple dogs to create the blue eyes and odd coat is completely unethical. The odds of the entire litter being free of major birth defects is slim. Most double dapple dogs are born blind, deaf or both. I LOVE my dog and so far she is healthy but I will never purchase a dog again. I will forever be getting a shelter dog in the future. Please don't hate on me. I'm not a troller, just someone who saw your pic and takes the opportunity to educate. I feel bad my money supported dapple breeding. Also, the same thing happens with Harlequin great danes and Australian shepherds, etc. I hope your pup brings you as much love and joy as mine, but pass on the info please. You will get asked a lot.

This is info is correct for double dapple dachshunds, but this puppy was not one, she is a leopard dog, like the owners says

There are lots of breeds of dogs that come in dapple patterns. Also, a dachshund with these markings would be just a dapple, double dapples have large areas of white, where the dapple genes overlap, and they are only physically affected if the white patches are on the eyes or ears, making them blind or deaf. My mom is a dachshund breeder.
