Birds vs Dogs vs Cats
Hey i was wondering... this is just for fun i hope this doesnt offend anyone...
Anyways choose your favourtite animal out of these 3 only., and state why its better then the others and/or the pros and cons of owning it... i know this may seem a bit biased (posting on a bird forum an all.. but o well :P)
For example if you choose dogs, you might say :
They are loyal and can play with you all day long
Or if you choose bird you could say:
They will sing and talk to you all day long (dependant on the bird)...
HAVE FUN!

Re: Birds vs Dogs vs Cats
As much as I LOVE dogs and Cats, I would have to say Birds, Dogs Cats, simply because I am allergic to dogs and cats the most, I cannot even step into friends homes with cats, much less stay an hour or two!
Especially when you get into the larger parrots, I see no better alarm system ( ) or pet

Birds, of course, because they're the best. :b

BIRDS!
Of course birds. They've got the most personality.
Then dogs, because they're loyal.
And last on the list, behind hissing cockroachs and pet rocks, is cats.

Re: Dogs cats and birds
ya should have made this a poll!
there was a cat/dog one ages ago, i think dogs won.....
i have 2 cats, 3 dogs, and 2 birds.... but i'd say my fav is definatly the dogs, then birds, and cats waaaaaaaaaaaaaay down the list......
love dogs over birds coz, i can have my dog with me everywhere nearly.... and being on a farm it makes a difference! my birds, though i love them, can only be in my bedroom (becuase of the cats and dogs)..... otherwise, if it was equal in that respect, or if it was the other way around, i think i could easy like the birds more....
but cats most definalty way down the bottom; i know it's instinct and all, that's why i don't like them; cats are too predetory for my liking... what having lost 4 pets to a cat, possibly another 2..... though it could have been a ferret or something as well.... cats are nice, but just to much predetory instinct; with small birds and rats, just doesn't work too well!

Cats then dogs then birds. Ragdoll cats ( as u can see from my pic) i like how there independent andso snuggly. Dogs cause theyre hyper and depend on you more. And even though I own birds I guess I dont like them as much as the other two cause i dont get affection from them( YET this will change hehhe) but they look absolutly gorgous.

Birds.cats then dogs.Birds are smart ,nice and you can take them almost anywhere.Cats because they are soft and are domestic.Dogs last because they are nice, but dangerous in some ways, and I can't keep them...<:

i know the rule was to be biased and pick one we like but I like birds and cats i love cats first and then birds i like the cats becuase i get a long with them easier and they can be entertained by a shadow 'cuz its the enemy i also love birds because they are very inteligent creatures and love to spend time with youand you can eventually with patience and time get them to speak.

Birds!
The bigger ones build deep bonds with their owners. Each bird has a unique personality that you can learn and explore. A larger bird has the potential to live a great number of years and be a friend and part of your family for 30+ years.
