    Oliver

I haven't posted here for awhile, so thought I would introduce Oliver, my linnie.

Have had him since last summer, he's one year old and going thru that Stage, biting etc., am dealing with it. He talks, says Hi Oliver, step up step up, come on, laughs like a mad fool and mutters a few others.

He is a beautiful olive green linnie, came from a breeder in Mississauga. He shares a cage with Jackson , my retired breeder linnie, and they have become the best of buddies.

Oliver is adorable! We had a slate Linnie (Stitch), for almost a year. He had splayed legs. Sadly he got his toe caught in a crack in a perch, and died in the night he must have struggled to get free is all we can figure. He was the sweetest little guy.

So sorry about your linnie. They are the sweetest, love their murmuring, it is the most gentle sound.

Linnies are such cute little birds and I love their video game noise - "poit, poit", they're pretty quiet too. Oliver is thoroughly adorable.

Oliver is adorable. Looks a lot like Spaz (the linnie I am fostering). How are you enjoying the huge linnie poops? lol
Mary, Cosmo, Kaylaur, Perry & Tyler, and Spaz (temporary foster). And we can't forget the furry kids Pepper & Chewy!

    Re: Oliver

Mary, nice to meet another linnie lover, not many of us around. Linnie poo, well it's bigger and juicier than my bfa's then multiply that by two, I have 2 linnies, and you get enough to fertilize the garden. Oliver let one go down the front of my shirt not to long ago, that was not pleasant. I belong to a linnie forum, we have a sticky just for linnie poo. The members vie for the biggest one, we measure it, the whole works!

Cute as a button! If I'd known much about linnies a few years back, I might have gotten one.
