I had to put my ferret to sleep earlier today. I tried all I could to make him better but he was just getting worse. The tests they did showed that nothing was wrong with him. He kept getting worse and I didn't want him to suffer, so I made the decision. I held him the entire time and petted him. I know he had a good life, and I'm really happy that I rescued him from a shelter so he didn't have to die there, instead he died in his loving mommy's arms. But it doesn't make it any easier.

Rest in peace Bacchus. Your silly antics will never be forgotten. I hope you steal all the angels ramen up there, god knows that was your favorite thing to steal.



And they let me take his body home, which I was surprised about. We're going to get him a special box and bury him with the other little critters. He's gonna be burried with his favorite blanket and a bag of ramen he always stole. RIP Baccy.

I'm sorry you had to put Baccus to sleep, it is such a hard decision not only to make but to do. At least you were able to say goodbye and you know he'll be watching over you while he eats the ramen he's stolen from the angels.
