Another Newbie! :)

Hi! I've been lurking here for the last few days so I thought I may as well introduce myself.

My name is Rhiannon, I'm 20 and this is my celestial parrotlet (he's 8 months old):


I got him on Tuesday and haven't really thought of a name for him yet though his previous owners said they ended up calling him Joey, but he doesn't recognise it when I call to him. When he is out he likes to perch on my laptop or on my head. Also he has a ball with a bell in it that he goes crazy over and likes rolling and throwing across the room.

I was originally going to get a cockatiel, but I saw the advert for this guy and fell in love with him, lol.

I have to say I can completely tell why you fell fast in love with this little bird, he is one of the cutest little birds I have ever seen. I never seen a parrotlet as cute as he is, the colors and markings are so different then the usual green or blue parrotlets we see here.

Gorgeous baby. Parrotlets are one of the most entertaining birds out there, always moving and not big screamers. Ya will love him. He kinda looks like a Peter to me.
