need new mash recipes

my conures love their rice mash, but I'd like to give them choice on 2 or 3 others, I know there's alot of good ones out their, I'd appreciate a few. thank you Robin

You can get some ideas of what to put in a mash from beak appetit... they are back in business too so you could order a variety pack of their stuff if you don't mind the price. When they were down I just looked at the ingredients of their mash mixes and tried to recreate some of them as best I could, my bird ate a few but he likes the real stuff better.
