Ok, I noticed this in Petri yesterday. Not sure how long it have been going on, but definitely need some advice.

We have a parakeet as well as Petri, now we are not sure the sex of Echo (parakeet) either. We think he is a boy as well as the staff at the bird store we always go to.

Yesterday Echo and Petri were on top of Petri's cage, sometimes they squawk back and forth and sometimes try to get each others feet. This is not what concerns me, what does is that I noticed Petri would "fluff up" his/her butt then go over to Echo and try to put his/her right foot on Echo's back.

No mind you Petri is only 10 weeks old! Not sure what to make of this and has puzzled my mind since. Any help you be greatly appreciated.
