Powder got neutered on Friday. Friday night / all saturday he was moping and even refused water, we had to dropper it into his mouth so he wouldn't dehydrate. Sunday rolls around and I offer him water, he refuses still. Stickers comes to the baby gate that separates them, he goes over to her, she gives him some kisses through the baby gate and ... moping ends. He drank water, then started running around the living room, even doing little binkies (excited/happy hops). It was adorable and so glad she could get him to drink where I couldn't - he went 48 hours without water besides what we could force into him.

I do wonder what she said to him though...

Awww... poor little guy. Glad she was able to reassure him of his... cuteness? Desirability? Who knows. Glad he is on the mend, though. Binkies - that is cute!

My mother would have said she whispered "sweet nothings" into his ear. At least that's what she told us Mr. Tiggywinkle was whipering to Mrs. Tiggywinkle when we were kids (the Tiggywinkles were our hamsters).
