Smile Is that an attempt to whistling?

We've noticed a couple of days ago his scratchy sound that we think is possibly him trying to whistle

Do you think that's it? He always does it in that leaning forward position.

P.S. Sorry about the phone vibrating noises

no, it's not whistling. It's just chirping. If Jazz doesn't whistle, it's possible he is a she.

Jazz could do w/a few more toys, unless he spends a lot of time outside of his cage playing w/other things. Also, if Jazz spends a lot of time on that perch he's on in the video, & if you notice that he prefers to face toward the right, you might try moving that perch more toward the middle of the cage - it looks like his tail feathers don't have room if he faces toward the left.
"Be like the bird that, pausing in her flight awhile on boughs too slight, feels them give way beneath her, & yet sings, knowing that she hath wings." Victor Hugo

That is just a normal little chirp, sounds like he was having fun with the toy. A couple more in the cage wouldn't hurt, he seems to like his bell.

He adores his bells can play with them for hours
I haven't got a lot of toys because I'm very scared of over-stuffing the cage. No idea how much toys is enough and not too much for his cage size...

He's also got a rope perch, which he's like 50-50 on the two, but I'll move the wooden one a bit to the left. Thanks

You could safely put 1-2 more toys in his cage - how often does he get to come out?
