Eeps, almost sat my baby :o
I was sitting with a blanket wrapped around me because it's cold. My tiel was in a box he likes to play in on the floor. One of the bunnies freaked out and I had to run into the other room to settle them down, I came back and put my leg on the chair and the silly bird had crawled up the chair from the floor and under the blanket (which was sitting on the chair seat since I got up fast to check on the buns). He started hissing / squawking at me because I had a little weight on the blanket, luckily I am in the habit of not just sitting down on things from having animals my whole life. He's fine, he just got my leg touching him and proceeded to bite me for it for 5 minutes :P but be careful if you have blankets out this winter, silly birds hide very fast. He's never gone under a blanket before either, he's usually very scared of getting in/under anything cloth.

Eek, that was a close call!!! I've quickly gotten into the habit of checking things before I sit down as Rory often runs onto the area I've been sat on (I'm guessing as it's warm??) and I've nearly sat on him too XD

Yeah, my tiel does the same thing ... I always look at the area before I step/sit anywhere, but he was under the blanket so didn't see him o.O silly guy. Now he's napping on my legs because I am his personal heater during the cold months
