No they are called Rollers. They are bred to do this.

Never saw this clip before and don't have Rollers too so thanks for sharing with everyone.
At first sight I also though it was some camera or software trick.

At the first sight, I also thought that it is some camera effect but I found it is real when I came to know about roller pigeons.
