Egg's Cracking...
Pet insurance for birds in Canada?
I've been looking for a Canadian pet insurance company that covers birds, but it seems its just dogs and cats. Any fellow 'Nucks here who might know?

You might try this one:
www.petsecure.com
It's sister company, VPI, insures birds and other exotic animals. There's a phone number on Petsecure's website. You might try calling them. If they don't insure birds, they might even be able to refer you to a company that does. Hope this helps you!
Oh, I just read something interesting on Ehow.com. It says many pet insurance companies don't offer bird insurance, but you can ask them about insurance for 'other exotics'. They usually have it.
