new baby rosy bourke

Hi, I am new here and new to this species of bird. I just got this baby last nite and am amazed by how docile this baby is. I cant find any info on the internet about these babies. Anyone have a bourke?? Any info appreciated.

They are not that popular a species, though they have a reputation for being docile / easy going and great pets. I would love to get one myself, but I haven't been able to find one within 500 miles.

I have met a couple, they were all VERY quiet, to the point that I saw them often and I never heard a peep out of them! They are very pretty.

Hi Rita. I've seen pics of "Rosies", but haven't done much research on them. They are beautiful for sure. If you "google" Rosy Bourke", you should be able to get some good information about them. There are many websites that have good quality material to read about most every mutation of bird. Hope to see you around the forum, and yes, how about a pic??
