Dis-colored Droppings?
Well, ok, heres the deal. Recently, i got my bird Chachi, And very Worried because i just started a new diet for him, Zupreme Fruit Blend and a little seeds, (And fruits and veggies of course) And the seeds are fiesta, and im not worried about that, but his droppings, have a red to it, like a orangy color, but before, they werent, when i was feeding him regular pellets... Maybe its the colorful pellets? Help!? PS the surround of it is like a red...

Re: Dis-colored Droppings?
Yep, the fruit pellets will make their droppings whatever color the pellet they are eating - red, orange, green, yellow... it's the dyes. You can use zupreem natural if it bothers you, or roudybush or harrisons, which are all dye free. It doesn't mean anything is wrong though.

Re: Dis-colored Droppings?
Bloody droppings are usually a dark red, or you can sometimes have blood in the urate (which, no matter what they eat, should always be WHITE) - it can be scary when they eat something and it makes it red though.
