I Can't Find an AIrline That Will Fly My Amazon Internationally HELP!!!

Hi Everyone,

This is my first time posting. My husband got a job in Cyprus, and we are moving there in April. Unfortunately, I cannot find an airline or freighter that will take my Amazon Parrot, Cammy. I'm distressed, because I have been with Cammy since I was 12, and I'm now 34. I can't imagine leaving her with a friend or family member. Does anyone know of any airlines that will take her? I already contacted Air France, and they won't take her. I'd like to fly from D.C. to Paphos.

Hi, I do not know the answer to your question, but I know that if you post in the 'other birds' category you will find people who own larger birds and may be able to help!

Dan wrote an article on moving birds abroad. He's done it himself, so it would probably have some information you'd find useful. It is here on Tailfeathers, not on the message board but in the articles. Hope you find what you need.
