    Clipped wings :s

I just got my lovies wings clipped today but he is still getting major climb....I got five of his flight feathers clipped but let me tell you he can fly. Is it normal that they are still so well at flying after their wings are clipped? My last lovie was not much of a flyer. She would much rather stay perched on my shoulder or cuddle under my neck. This is all so new to me.

It is pretty normal, they are so light that it really doesn't take that much for them to get some air. Hopefully it slows her down enough so that she will end up being snuggley like your other one
