What colour is my Cockatiel?

Can anyone help me with my Cockatiel color?



That's a photo of him above. I've looked at sites with Cockatiel colors but I couldn't find one with a picture that looked like him.
Help please?

Also, he's pretty fluffy and sleepy most of the time, does that mean he's sick?

Your bird looks like a female white face to me.

As for fluffiness, if your bird is staying puffed up like that all the time it is a sign they are trying to keep in body heat. So either it is cold, or I would have a check up done. Fluffing up like that sometimes is fine (like when they are sleeping) but doing it all the time isn't normal.

Hi Trigica, You have an adorable little tiel! I agree that it appears to be a female white face. But I also see some cinnamon colored feathers, so I'm thinking it could be a cinnamon white face. I agree with Marrie concerning the puffed up and fluffiness. In my opinion it would be a good decision to take the little one to an Avian vet for a check-up. Sometimes being puffed up and fluffy can indicate an illness. Cockatiels are very good at hiding their illnesses, and can die if not treated by a vet. Thanks for posting the picture. I guess I better start referring to "him" as a her.
I should have known! She spends heaps of time preening. lol (Only joking. )

I'll have a look a near by avian vets with good reputations near by, I'll be sure to take her soon.

i am having the same problem i have got a baby in the nest box due to come out soon and we are trying to work out what colour/mutation it is if anyone can help me i would much appreciate it. not sure if the pic will show up
