If your bird was truly born that color then you have a very rare bird. To me it looks as if the yellow on him was dyed with kool aid or chalk.

Should you have decided to "color" his/her feathers, I feel very sorry for your little cockatiel. He/she could die from the coloring, no matter if it is food coloring. Personally, I think he/she is a "grey pearl or cinnamon pearl cockatiel. In the first picture his orange cheeks look to me like they were dyed brown or black.

I have to agree with the others, it looks like this tiel bathed in some kind of food coloring or dye. Or, someone is really good with photoshop..

The only time I have seen strange colours on a Tiel is when it had health issue's.
Or the pictures were taken in poor light, or poor camera.
If these pictures are true, and the bird has not been painted! It is a truly strange colour.
I would recommend a vet check to see that it is in good health. They may also offer other opinions about it's colour cast.

I can't lie, it is pretty but you should never dye a bird with anything.

Also, is her upper mandible sticking into her lower?
She needs to be seen by a vet if that is not just the camera. She is very beautiful but she needs to be seen by a vet

Yes the upper mandible is sticking into the lower one go to photo stream it shows it way better that poor baby. I am not judging anyone by my comments i am concerned about his/her beak that needs to be Looked at asap. As for the colouring it looks like a dye i can not imagine what that baby went threw to get that colour. Our responsibility as bird owners is to make sure they have the best possible life while they are with us. My heart goes out to that baby i hope he/she will be ok.
