I have a question. I want to buy a pair of red facter sun conures from Cameroon, Is this legal since their kept for 12 days for any disease?

only if their by a breeder and pas the quarantine period-- they have and will have have documentation, their NOT wild birds. Tey was a family kept pair of pets. Their mine now as of 3 more days of being checked over. Their a beautiful red. then they have another 12 days at my house along with a vet check before they get anywhere near my pair of suns. Customs cleared them too.
