Hello, I have a giant situation. Me, my mom and sister came to my grandmas today to help clean her cockatiel's cage. Well, she has a 3 year old one named bella who hasn't been out much since she bought her... well today when we took her out with her other cockatiel, david, Bella randomly stopped, lost ballence, fell down and twitched uncontrollably. we called every vet but it was either closed or just plain no birds allowed... I don't know what I am going to do, me and my mom are balling as my grandma tells us it is probally dying... Please just PLEASE help me fast!
