male and female from different clutches but same parents are mating
My 2 year old male is mating with 18 month old female, both from same parents but different clutches. What should I do with eggs?

I would suggest boiling the eggs to be sure they will not hatch and replacing them, or replace them with fakes and throw the eggs out. Inbreeding can lead to genetic problems and is not recommended.
