Baby Sparrow

I recently found a baby sparrow. Eyes still shut, only pin feathers. She has survived 48 hours but now won't eat. She is being fed on a kitten formula cat food par starlingtalk.com directions. She hasn't eaten in the past 2 hours or so and hasn't pooed since her last feeding. Is she constipated or just not hungry?
