Budgie taming

Hi
I have 2 adult budgies and they're in a pair
I've separated them so I can tame them and I can now scratch my males stomach which is good!
But I'm not sure about the female she is still really scared of me ........ HELP!

But I still haven't finger tamed him cause he is still a little bit scared so yeah.... It does sound a little bit weird but..... Yeah
Oh yeah and my budgies names are green and jeff

Oh and also I think my budgies tails are bobbing but I'm not quite sure cause the last time I suspected tail bobbing I was just worrying too much cause it was actually nothing...but... My birds are still sleeping on one leg and it's been going on for.....not sure how long but for ages and my birds still look healthy still very stable so I hope that's a good sign
