Budgie homemade food

Mashed hard boiled eggs offer needed protein and fats for the growth of the chicks. The difference in chicks with and without a good egg food can be seen simply by looking at them. I like to mix it with pellets for the birds that I have that are stubborn and love seeds. Once they are hooked on egg food you can put anything you want in it and they will gobble it down and not even notice!

Here is the recipe I like to use for egg food but you can add anything you prefer of course

3 Whole hard boiled eggs, mashed.
1/2 cup cooked brown rice (cooked)
1/2 cup quinoa (cooked)
1/4 cup flax seed
1/2 cup pellets
1 1/2 cups fresh diced veggies (such as romaine lettuce, parsley, carrot, red pepper)
A sprinkle of garlic powder, cinnamon, Cayenne pepper, and any supplements I want to use.


I'm going to try and make this recipe (im not going to use the garlic or cinnamon or anything ithink is bad) but im just wondering can budgies eat whiter rice?
I'm guessing it is a big NO
and also if i put that food inside the budgie seed box for a whole day...would they eat it thinking it was seeds because it looks quite like budgie seed and normal stuff

and im only feeding this food to make my budgies stronger and also if they have babies they will be strong and healthy!
my female is in crazy breeding mood my male budgie...i can never tell...........but they are over one years old and if they do breed i can put all the veggies i want in that food AND seeds and pellets and veggies and fruit inside that food( well apparently you can ) and then your budgie will just eat it if they do eat it though

So....yeah the main question is....can your budgies eat white rice!

AND is this recipe good!
