Re: Budgie mash!
Are you talking about egg food or veggie mixes?
For egg food, Chitt some seeds(put some seeds in water and let them grow, trust me, they will but only until you see tiny plant nubs and no longer! if it gets moldy, THROW IT OUT don't try to save it at all.)
you boil one egg(or however many you want really) and cut it in half. Put the other half in the fridge.
Take the eggs, some kale, and the chitted seeds and mash them all together. then take some ground corn and some egg shells(powdered) or cuttle bone and put it in the mix.
Make sure it is all mixed together and feed. a lot of people also add carrot shreds
AS FOR FRUITS:
I would not add a ton of fruits. Fruit contains a LOT of sugar and is not to be fed in large amounts but rather moderated(maybe one apple slice for a whole group of birds) please though, don't feed grapes EVER

Oh yeah I know about grapes!
It's bad for them
So what about the dried apricots?
Preservatives in them not sure if to feed or not...

Re: Budgie mash!
I explained chitted seeds
When you chitt seeds, you take any regular seed that you feed to your birds on a normal basis(without those nasty colored things, JUST SEEDS) and you pretty much sprout them. Put them in a bowl and pour water over them JUST enough to cover the seeds. Then by the next day, the seeds should be open and enlarged, don't let them keep growing. Pour out the water and mix it into your other mix
This is chitted. Sprouting is when you let the seeds grow out
