    This cockatiel....what is he?

I'm almost sure he is a normal grey, but I want to be sure. Here is a pic of the fellow.

I've been calling him a normal grey for a long time...I hope I wasn't wrong.

Yep I would say you are right.
    Love his attitude.
How old is he and does he talk?

Yeah, he looks like a normal grey. I'd love to see more pictures of him ^.^

Looks normal from that pic - though I can't see his back to see if there are any markings there. He looks feisty though and cute!

    Re: This cockatiel....what is he?

He's 5 years old (so the people I adopted him from told me!) and is extremely feisty. He clawed Mava's nose when she tried to bat at him. She's a tiny chihuahua, so he hurt her tiny little nose and she was bleeding. My shorkie licked her bloody nose and cleaned her up, but still. Bad birdie! Don't hurt my dog! He doesn't talk, just trills and makes little noises. He was a gift from a nursing home where I worked, and had lived with the elderly dementia patients for over a year, keeping them company. He doesn't like being handled a lot (because the dementia patients weren't too kind to him) but he will let me hold him once in a while. I was afraid he would start spouting gibberish when I first adopted him, due to his being "raised" in a dementia unit of a nursing home. The elderly dementia patients do not talk as well as some birds (my grandfather has severe dementia, so I am definitely not saying anything against them. I love dementia patients, which is why I choose to work with them).
